Here at Creekside Golf Course, we pride ourselves on the high quality of championship golf, striking views and outstanding service that we offer our valued guests. We have worked hard to become a vital part of the Lavalette community, and in the process, we have earned recognition as one of the premier golf experiences in the region. We are also thrilled to celebrate the opening of our new and improved clubhouse featuring the spacious and comfortable bar and dining room along with a private deluxe event room.
Creekside History
For many years the property had originally been the home of Prino Horse Farm. A sprawling farmland used primarily for breeding, boarding and grooming of equestrian interests.
Lavalette Golf Course was opened by Albert, Warren and Kenny Anderson, and under this name it operated for the next several years.
After experiencing financial difficulties, the course was sold to new owner Greg Hatfield and the new course name, “Twin Silos” was introduced which was inspired by the signature double grain silos built side by side on the property.
Golf course was sold to small group of local investors after bankruptcy buyout and was renamed to simply Silos Golf Course.
Donnie Nelson purchased the property and the suffering golf course was renamed “Creekside Golf Course”. Extensive renovation of the course grounds and vast remodel of clubhouse quickly began, becoming a favorite location for many members of the Lavalette community.
On December 4 2023, the clubhouse along with all golf carts were completely destroyed by fire. New construction immediately began in February and by mid August of 2024, the new Creekside Golf Course clubhouse was opened boasting expanded space and innovative design. Come join us!

Creekside Cart Paths Getting Blacktop Upgrade!
Akers Paving has been hard at it the past week getting things done as we roll out a considerable upgrade to the Creekside Golf Course cart paths. As of this report, the front 9 is finished and the back 9 will be complete very soon.
Tunnels To Towers Tournament Raises $21,600
Saturday morning September 7 launched the annual “Tunnels To Towers” golf tournament at Creekside which hosted 27 foursomes and a total of 108 players. Scott Followay’s team won with a 12 under par and a total of $21,600 was raised for the cause.

The New Clubhouse!
Creekside's clubhouse was sadly destroyed by fire back in early December of 2023. Recovery was swift and we had a mission! The new and vastly improved clubhouse is now opened and we're looking forward to you joining our friendly atmosphere!
